The main proceedings don’t start for another hour but I’ve been watching the buildup for a few hours now. I thought that some people overseas may enjoy an official guide or ‘Order Of Service’.
Interestingly as I type this, I Vow To Thee My Country is being played in the Abbey. I first heard this wonderful piece over 40 years ago for the wedding of the then Prince Charles and Lady Diana, it being said to be her favourite.
I’m so glad though to be watching it on television than on the streets. The coverage is engrossing,

I think I have warmed up to Charles over the years. He has had his share of problems, including a long waiting time. He seems to have owned up to them, not made attempts at brushing them under the carpet, and worked at them slowly and steadily. He has also stayed true to his favourite themes such as support for the natural world and the environment. Best wishes to Charles III.

I agree. I think he is a pretty decent person and I think his support for the natural world will go down as being revolutionary. He was often mocked and made fun of in the 1970s and 1980s for his views and yet he always stood by and promoted them when he clearly didn’t have to. I think I’d rather have him than any other world leader at the moment. It doesn’t always work out that way but it’s a benefit of having a good monarch than bad politicians, he doesn’t need my vote and I’d think is less likely to lie and cheat than those who do.

I read that Charles is part of the One World Government group! Scares me the plans they have!! Everyone I know is against that!!! We are in dire straits over here!! I know you don’t agree, but we are all Trump supporters! Our country was a whole lot better off with him! We would not be in a conflict with China and Russia with him in charge!! Obama, the Clintons and George Soros are trying to take us down!! We never watch the liberal media! They are all in with the new world order people! They hate America!! Russia, China, etc. won’t go along with that! Sad days ahead! If Biden/Obama stays in power, we will be commies? Venting!!! Makes me sick what is happening!!
