Doctor Who Tour

This private Doctor Who tour takes you to important filming locations of New Who and iconic spots from the Classic show also.

As the Daleks and Cybermen tend not to chill in the tourist hotspots, yu’ll also get to see bits of real London you’d never see otherwise.

We’ve been Doctor Who fans since the 60’s and 70’s and because our tours are private, we can take you to places others don’t get to.  We will start off by visiting the filming location for many a Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant episode, in the estate where Rose and gang live.

Next up it’s back to the 1980’s or is it the 60’s with Remembrance of the Daleks.  Much of the filming for these episodes took place in and around a few streets near Waterloo.  We will see where the Daleks had their base in the builders yard, where the Doctor and Ace confronted and escaped from the Daleks as well as visiting the spot there the two Dalek factions faced each other in battle with the debut of the Special Weapons Dalek.

Sometimes it is easy to see when we have imposter muppets in 10 Downing Street <cough Boris> at other times when we have cleverer aliens it is harder to tell, such as when the Slitheen take-over.   We can’t go down to the real Downing Street unless having an illegal party but have no fear, neither can TV shows so instead we can pose for photos outside a very near duplicate of the home of the Prime Minister which has been used in many TV shows and films, including Doctor Who.

Of course, no Doctor Who tour would be complete without stopping off at the Tardis!

We will also visit Trafalgar Square where we meet The Curator in the 50th anniversary special as well as see the newly repaired Big Ben fresh from the Slitheen attack which in turn is next to an iconic Dalek location.

The Cybermen aren’t forgotten, we will see two of their most iconic filming locations near St Pauls Cathedral.

We’ve now added Camden to our tour so we can see where the Doctor and Donna re-unite as the alien spaceship crashes into London and nearby that great re-union scene with Wilf.
